En altos del Ñirihuau, se encuentra la Casa de Fernando. Su privilegiada ubicación hace que sea el lugar ideal para relajarse, en medio de la estepa patagónica, a solo 5 minutos del supermercado de Dina Huapi y 30 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Bariloche.
En un terreno de 25000 mts2 y una superficie cubierta de 160mts2, la casa está decorada en un estilo moderno, y posee todos los servicios necesarios para una confortable estadía.
El alojamiento
La Casa de Fernando está ubicada en altos del Ñirihuau, ofrece un espléndida vista al lago Nahuel Huapi y a la cordillera, y está preparada para recibir hasta 8 (ocho) personas con todas las comodidades.
Posee un amplio living con estufa tromen con leña (tipo salamandra) y sillones, una TV Smart de 50¨ HD, además de Direc TV, Netflix, e internet gratuito y Wi-Fi en todos los ambientes de la casa, tambien cuenta con un equipo de musica; un comedor con mesa para 8 pax, y una amplia cocina integrada totalmente equipada con horno, heladera, lavavajilla, utensillos de cocina, y electrodomésticos varios; un lavadero con lavarropas y secarropas, un termotanque de alta recuperación para el servicio de agua caliente y luz solar en caso de corte de luz.
Cuenta con 3 (tres) dormitorios y dos baños. La habitación principal tiene cama matrimonial Queen, baño en suite y caja fuerte. Los dos dormitorios restantes poseen dos camas individuales cada uno con una cama carro extra por habitación. En todos los ambientes hay AACC split frio/calor y en los baños cuenta con estufa electrica.
Posee entrada de autos y estacionamiento cubierto para 2 (dos) vehículos, amplios ventanales con vista al parque y un deck, parrilla y juego de muebles exterior.
Seguridad: cuenta con alarma y camaras exteriores.
Acceso: por la ubicación particular en medio de la estepa patagonica en un terreno de 25mil mts2 y su acceso por una calle de ripio es imprescindible contar con un vehiculo.
El servicio incluye servicio de limpieza diario (opcional) y entrega de ropa blanca para cama y baño para todos los pasajeros por todos los días de la estadía.
