The Space:
The Villa Andima is a very modern 5-bedroom villa situated amongst the rolling mountains and forest of Valle de Bravo, surrounded by heavenly nature. This property is the perfect place to go with a larger group that is looking for not only tranquility but also quality time together along with the option of adventure just nearby.

- Two very luminous living room/sitting areas where you can relax and socialize with your group:
LIVING ROOM 1: features an incredible view of the beautiful garden and pool through the floor-to-ceiling windows as you settle in on the comfortable sectional sofa, one of two armchairs, or at the dining table that can accommodate 10 guests pleasantly. You can open up the large windows and extend your living space to let in the fresh air. If it’s chilly outside, you can build a fire in the wood-burning fireplace that is located between the living and dining areas.
LIVING ROOM 2: is a bit more intimate with a long plush couch and a round dining table can seat 6, both situated in front of the large flat-screen TV.
- Just outside the second sitting area you’ll find a spacious open room, perfect to let the kids play and still keep an eye on them. There’s a small table just for them to eat, play, do crafts, or something to keep them occupied while the adults chat.
- The kitchen is simple, yet has the basics that you’ll need to prepare meals at home. The kitchen has a small table for a quick bite or can be used as a laptop-friendly workspace.
- If you would like a more private, quiet place to work you can go to the in-home office where you’ll find a dedicated workspace, a desk and 2 chairs and lots of space to concentrate in peace.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
