Soak in the hot tub, make s’mores at gas fire pit and dine in the outdoor living space equipped with seating for 8 and a large built in BBQ. This luxury home sleeps 10 and boasts 4 ensuite suites, including 1 on the primary level and 1 bunk room to ensure everyone has a great stay. The garage is outfitted as a basecamp of fun with ping pong, skeeball, video game area and foosball. This is the perfect retreat for 3 couples, multiple families, friend getaways or a single family. You can even bring the pup. Home is directly across from Suncadia trail access for long walks or bike rides. A J1772 EV car charger is available onsite.

* Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which is reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
* Suncadia policies prohibit RV's/campers, all-terrain vehicles, and snowmobiles.
