Having a car will make exploring the easiest, but there are also taxis / ubers available in downtown Katonah which is only a 6 minute ride from the property.

★ DOG RULES ★
One dog is allowed for a fee of $75. We require dogs to be:
✔ Over the age of 1 year old
✔ Under 50 pounds
✔ Housebroken and leash trained
✔ Not considered a "heavy shedder"
✔ Not an excessive barker
The yard is NOT entirely fenced in and dogs must ALWAYS be on a leash when outdoors. All pet waste must be disposed of properly in the outdoor trash bins. Note that dogs are not allowed in the pool. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged back to you!
★ ADDITIONAL NOTES ★
✔ You must be 25 or older to rent this home
✔ Please note this home is in a neighborhood setting and is not remote. You can hear street noise from the front of the house, but the noise is mostly drowned out by nature in the back area. Please respect quiet hours!
✔ The wood burning fireplace on the main floor is available for use by guests, but the wood burning stove in the den is off limits. Please only use fireplace if you are comfortable and have previous experience. There may be leftover wood there upon your arrival, but that is not guaranteed.
✔ Your safety matters. The property has three security cameras on the property that record video and audio upon motion: the front door doorbell, an overhead camera looking down on the driveway, and an overhead camera looking down at the back door entrance. There are NO cameras in or around the pool area. No cameras face any interior spaces.
✔ Please note use of the gym and pool is at your own risk. The pool is roughly 40ft x 20ft. If you are staying with us in May or September please inquire whether the pool will be open for your stay.
✔ While we work to create a safe space for all ages, be sure to watch children carefully at all times.
