Both deck and patio have string lighting that can easily be turned on with a switch or turned off to take advantage of the Hill Country's dark night skies. The patio also has two Bluetooth speakers. Inside the Lady Bird, you'll have access to a private bathroom and shower, comfortable bedroom with blackout curtains, queen memory foam mattress, and small wardrobe for keeping your belongings, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room contains modern, boho furnishings and a comfortable couch with a pull-out queen bed. The unit is insulated and temperature controlled, with a mini split A/C in both the living room and bedroom. Enjoy private access to 11 diverse acres, that include rolling hills, pasture, and valley. An ornithologist has confirmed sightings of various birds, including the endangered Golden Cheeked Warbler, so don't forget to bring your binoculars.
