Thanks to the breakfast bar and center island built of natural stone, the large kitchen provide a sleek, functional, and friendly space for socializing. The living/family room's sliding doors open to a breathtaking terrace where you can watch the sunset over the ocean.
When you walk back from the beach, shower off in the outdoor shower before jumping into the private reflection pond jacuzzi tub. Enjoy your meal in the backyard, furnished with craft lighting, a full dining table and a cozy sitting area.

QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM – 8AM EVERY DAY/NIGHT. AFTER 10PM, NOISE NEEDS TO BE UNDER 40 dB, which is library quiet.
