This condo is across the street from the JW Marriott, on the fourth floor featuring a peak at the Gulf. The unit is a one bedroom with a king sized bed, full bath, a NEW leather queen sofa sleeper with gel mattress and nicely updated. The property is right across the street from the entrance to the same beach the JW Marriott guests enjoy. The condo has everything you need for your stay on Marco Island - Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, towels and cooler. The complex also features a heated swimming pool and tennis court that is lined for Pickle Ball. If you feel like cooking the kitchen is fully stocked and there is a gas grill by the pool for guests to use and grill tools in the condo. There are numerous breakfast, lunch and dinners restaurants within walking distance.
