Lovely modern two bedroom townhouse set over 3 floors next to the Wakefield station and 10 minutes drive from the motorway and 20 minutes drive to Leeds.
The property is beautifully furnished and equipped with brand new furniture and perfect for families or couples who would like be close to the center of Wakefield. We are more than happy to welcome corporate lets for stays up to one month.
The space
COVID UPDATE - We have prepared our property for the current challenges facing holidaymakers. You can be assured therefore that we will be fully deep cleaning our property between every guest.
Our house consists of a comfortable lounge with open plan kitchen area and comfortable sofa and dining table. The perfect place to chill out and watch the TV with Netflix installed.
The kitchen has a fridge, Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster as well as cooking equipment and crockery. All cleaning materials including washing up liquid, hand sanitizer, surface sanitizer are supplied. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, a welcome pack of biscuits are provided as complementary.
The ground floor bedroom has a comfortable double bed and is on the same floor as the bathroom which has a shower and washing machine.
The master bedroom is decorated in fresh neutral tones and has a king size bed and is furnished with wardrobe, bedside table and lamps. This room has the benefit of a good sized en-suite with bathtub.
New mattresses on both beds. Travel cot and High chair can be provided upon request.
A free allocated parking space with parking permit is located outside the front door. There is free super fast wi-fi throughout the property.

The whole of the property is accessible. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house. Access is self check-in via a lock box and the code will be sent to the guests on the day of check-in.
