Summary: From the moment we arrived, we were thrilled with this lovely house in a very quiet neighborhood. We were greeted with a thoughtful card and a few complimentary crunchy snacks from out host.The house is brand fresh new and the decor was very tasteful and well thought out.There was some great photography showcased on the walls taken by one of the host. Guests have the opportunity to park in the two car garage, which was great for our group because the weather was CRAZY. The surrounding area has a lot to offer. A full size grocery store a few blocks away and a handful of restaurants in close proximity.None of our group drink alcohol, but there were a bunch of wineries all around us.The home is about 8 minutes off the highway and from there about another 10 minutes to downtown Richland.We would definitely stay here again and couldn't recommend it enough.kW
