Located on a quiet street just blocks from Main street shops, art, and restaurants, we are also close to the river and other attractions. Ideally located on a quiet, safe, tree lined downtown block.. Charming Victorian and Craftsman homes throughout the neighborhood, built mostly in the early 1900s. Just 0.4 mile walk to downtown Main Street with shops, restaurants and breweries. Close to CMU and other major retail stores.
Master bedroom with a king bed and master bath are on the ground level. Upstairs is an open loft with a queen bed and 1/2 bath- great for kids or a second couple. The kitchen is fabulous and open to both living & dining. Front & back porches. It is an ideal modern space for 2-4 guests coming to enjoy the Western Slope. (Note: the loft bedroom does not have audio privacy- it is open to the downstairs. And neither room has a lockable door.)
