1 Bedroom Condo with Kitchen, Bedding and Internet

Welcome to Arlington Virginia at our quant front unit apartment.
Deep Cleaning for every booking to keep home sanitized and insure health. On street parking in neighborhood. Dispenser for sanitation.No SMOKING at the property whatsoever. Please respect my home. $100 automatic charge for smoking on property. Memory foam Full/Queen bed. Tennis court, basketball court, racquetball court, beach volleyball, playground. Please READ house rules, good communication and cleanliness is very important.
The space
The studio includes a 4 seat dining table, a full size bed, and 2 single beds. Comforable couch, and flat screen tv with 200+ channels that has Netflix so you can connect to your account. Kitchenette that has a hot plate, Utensils, Cups, and plates full size refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine with sugar and cream, hot chocolate packets, salt.
This is an older home, so can unit sound can disturb light sleepers at times.
Guest access
Condo is near public parking but requires walking. Parking can be scarce especially during stay at home period. Pull door while pressing code to access unit.Access hand sanitizer for every guest to use. These items should not be taken out of the condo.
Other things to note
Parking during pandemic can be tough, condo on main road and is not to be held against my booking upon review as it has been communicated prior. My guest total cannot exceed my max 4. I provide supply for the home any extra needs to purchased in store by guest. to This is a tough time in our community and in the world as a whole. We each need to do our part to isolate ourselves and keep environment clean. I personally chose to invest more in my unit to create fun environment in times of social isolation. I’d be honored to host you and your guest.

Summary: This location is in a great spot! Right outside DC without the constant craziness of the city. As mentioned in the listing, parking can be tough but manageable. I would not recommend having more than 2 cars if visiting. The place was clean and well kept. Nothing crazy but comfy place to stay for those shorter stays in the area. Would highly recommend
