It is located a very short distance from a magnificent natural beach. There is a communal pool and a shopping center with supermarkets and restaurants less than 10 minutes' walk away. The street is residential and very quiet, and there are several golf courses nearby.
The house is a dream: it has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Another room serves as a living room and/or an additional bedroom with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a chill-out area on the rooftop, and an elegant garden. You can enjoy the large communal pool just around the corner.
You will have unrestricted access to the entire house, including both floors, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, front patio, and rooftop solarium. The communal pool is available for your use.
