This home sits on a private 6 acres of pure serenity yet has so much luxuries and amenities to offer our guests including Hot tub, Fire Pit, Sauna, Pool table, Shuffle board, Poker table, Ping pong table, plus many more and can accommodate up to 18 guests.

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check in anytime is 4pm and Check out is 10am. No late check-out or early check-in without permission or additional fee.
★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. We also provide start-up supplies of shampoo, soap, conditioner & body wash. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
We have pack n play and high chair at the property, please know about baby product liability.
★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the trash container. scheduled trash pick ups are thursdays.
★ HOT TUB:
Private Hot Tub for 7 people
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
★ SECURITY:
Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance on the deck(please do not touch)
NO Indoor Cameras
★ PETS: ALLOWED WITH RESTRICTIONS
House-trained pets are welcomed; $200 for 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 40lbs max weight limit each). Please note that VRBO only charges for one pet so if you will bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via VRBO payment center. We ask guests to bring pet enclosure to keep under control.
★ SMOKING:
Absolutely No Smoking indoors.
★ FIRES:
Absolutely no fires inside or out except inside firepit (e.g. fireworks or any that can cause wildfire). Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. Fireplace is available for both inside on main level only, guest must supply log. Basement fireplace is nonfunctional
★ REFUNDS:
In an unlikely event of unforeseen circumstance (e.g. weather, natural disaster & etc.) please know that we will not be issuing any refund. Kindly purchase travel insurance for your convenience. We also don't offer refund to circumstances out of our control like wi-fi connectivity issues etc.
★ SUMMER:
Please keep in mind that upper level will always be warmer in summer compared to lower levels. During summer, heat rises to the top for upper levels, so please keep ceiling fan on 247 for all bedrooms/loft, and it will help to cool down the rooms. Basement will always be cooler.
★ WILDLIFE:
We are surrounded by 6 acres of grass and trees. There are wild life present and insects are very common. We do have regular pest treatment to minimize mosquitoes and other bugs. Please close all doors at all times but they may still find their way in. Stink bugs or lady bugs are not controllable due to their hard shell. Never kill stink bugs since they will release stinky hormone and will attract more stink bugs. gently remove them to outside.
★ DAMAGES:
Please understand that if we found any damages to the house (stained sheets, ruined towels & linens, etc.), guest will be liable to pay for the damages.
★ QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours is from 9pm to 8am.
