2. Mandatory rental of bedlinen 20,50 euros per person. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed.
3. Tourist tax 2.75 euros p.p.p.n.
4. Deposit 700 euros (The deposit will be refunded to your account by the owner as soon as possible but certainly within two weeks after your stay).
5. Bring your dog? always on request. Surcharge 1 x 25 euros and 11,75 euros per night.

Holiday home Ambiance is an attractive house in a quiet location in a beautiful area near a bay with a sandy beach on the Oosterschelde.

The cozy center of Colijnsplaat is less than a ten-minute walk away, here are several good restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. Larger places such as Goes, Middelburg and Zierikzee can be reached quickly by car. If you like sailing, you can do so from the marina of Colijnsplaat, if you would like to play golf, you can do so in Goes and Bruinisse and if you want to rest, you can stay in the garden or on the roof terrace of your holiday home. The North Sea beach is ca. 15 minutes by car.

The spacious dining table is particularly suitable for cozy dining together. The pool also has a sauna and walk-in shower with sun shower. From the pool you have access to the garden with terrace. Here you can smell the salty sea air of the Oosterschelde. The ground floor has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The living room is on the first floor. This is tastefully decorated, has a warm atmosphere and offers space for relaxation, peace and cosiness around the fireplace. Adjacent is the roof terrace, which has a large lounge set. There are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms
