Our home is a back unit with its own private entrance and gated backyard. Guests can park on the left most side of the driveway. The home is completely detached and you don't share anything with anyone else.

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.
• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.
• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests.

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.

• Can I host events? Yes, gatherings with low noise are allowed. Update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee.
