One of the best parts? The backyard. It’s extremely peaceful and feels like a slice of the Texas Hill Country, ideal for sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing under the Texas sky in the evening.

Disclaimers: This is a tiny home. Guests should not expect a luxury spacious stay. If you need a comfortable spot in a great location, this is a great option! The home runs off of a space heater when it is cold or window units when it is hot and is not super efficient at keeping temperature throughout the entire home. Please consider this when booking. There is a washer/dryer outside the main house that is shared with the other residences at the property. The entire backyard space is shared with the 4 other units (Though it is very large so each unit does have some privacy). Parking is available on the street. You will park at the street and walk through a gate to get to the tiny home. The home has a composting toilet. It operates just like a regular toilet but is a bit different aesthetically. The service company does come by at times.

It doesn’t flush like a traditional toilet but is equipped with an exhaust fan to minimize odors. To keep everything running smoothly, please ensure the fan (powered by a black cord near the toilet) stays plugged in.
Fresh & Clean – We schedule regular maintenance every other week to keep the composting system in top shape. Occasionally, there may be a subtle scent, but rest assured, we’re here to assist if needed.
