Newly updated Community Pool right out the back door. Master Bedroom has a king size bed, and completely updated bathroom with walk in tile shower and NEW 70'' Flat Screen. Sliding glass doors lead to the upstairs screened in porch. Second bedroom has 2 Queen Size beds and a completely updated bath with tub and shower and new 50''. Downstairs living room has new 55'' Flat Screen.
Downstairs has fully equipped kitchen, completely remodeled 1/2 bath. NEW 55'' flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD in the living area. Sofa has a queen size pull out with upgraded mattress. Gas grill for cooking right out your back door patio. Walking distance to the beach is about 2.5 blocks. Close to Destin Commons and the popular Silver Sands Outlet. Unit has two private parking spaces. Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets.
