Summary: This is a self-contained, locked-off suite on the side of a newly built vacation home, which may also be occupied. Great location- Price Park (walking paths and beach access) is two lots away which was perfect for walking our dog. Private side yard with concrete patio and gravel area had outdoor dining furniture but lacked comfortable lounging furniture (luckily we had packed our lawn chairs). Note: there are no bedside lamps if you want to read at night, no bbq, no dishwasher, tv is available but no tv services, But it has AC, a Lake view, and the bed and Pull-out sofa were comfortable. Overall for the price, it is an amazing rental.
