We know how important it is to feel comfortable and relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. This extraordinary 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom home will amaze you at each turn and includes everything you will need for your stay.
ENTRY:

KITCHEN:
✦ Kitchen is stocked with all you should need to cook a typical meal. This also includes refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, set of knives, dish towels, sponges or dish cloths, hand soap, cooking oil, salt and pepper, paper towel holder, dish washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, trash can & garbage bags.
LIVING ROOM:
✦ Our living room is equipped with couch, chairs, side tables, smart TV, lamps, ceiling fan and decoration.
BEDROOM:
✦ When you’re ready to turn in, choose from three (3) peaceful bedrooms with bed frame, mattress/box spring, nightstands, dressers, lamps, ceiling fan, smart TV, mattress pads, bed-bugs protectors, 2 sets of sheets and pillows for each bed and 2 blankets and 2 bed cover (duvet only) per bed. The master bedroom also offer a private bathroom.
BATHROOM:
✦ We always makes sure that the bathroom is sparkling clean. This also provides hair dryer, trash can, mirror, decoration, bath mat/rug, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and 2 sets of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for each guest.
GUEST ACCESS:
This 3-bedroom/2-bathroom is enough to accommodate 5 guests, spread out comfortably throughout an impressive 1,200 sq. feet of living space. Making it an ideal accommodation choice for a family or group looking for the ultimate Orlando experience.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
✦ It will be returned after no damage is found. We may also charge an additional cleaning and damage fee if the repair and replacement is more than the said deposit amount.
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED:
✦ All guests must be registered and acknowledged. No more than 5 total guests.
✦ There will be a $20 per person per night charge for all guests over our limit - even if we find out after the fact!
EATING OR DRINKING:
✦ No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
SMOKING:
✦ There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. If you need to smoke, please step out back. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
DRUGS:
✦ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!
PARTIES:
✦ If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!
PETS:
✦ Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our property. We are animal lovers ourselves and absolutely adore pets. But sadly, some guests are allergic to animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences.
QUIET HOURS:
✦ Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
SECURITY CAMERA:
✦ There is a surveillance device on the premise. It is only on the exterior of the property and no active cameras inside the dwelling. This is for the safety of our guests, our home, and ourselves. Thank you.
CONSUMABLES:
✦ Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests, if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
OTHER:
✦ Please do not re-arrange our furniture. We expect the accommodation is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to you.
✤ Please be respectful of energy usage. Please keep the temperature at a reasonable level and please turn down the heat/cool a few degrees when leaving for the day. Please be mindful of turning off light when not in use or when leaving for the day/night. Thank you.
