MINNeSTAY* Goin' to the Chapel | Historic | Romantic | House in Howard Lake, MN

1 Bedroom House with Internet, Kitchen and Laundry
Welcome to “Goin’ to the Chapel,” a beautiful home that is more than meets the eye. While the outside has the appearance of a chapel, the inside will surprise you! Goin’ to the Chapel is not just a place to stay, but an experience within itself. Built in 1875, this quaint chapel has been modernized while staying true to the structural integrity - and it even has some original pews!
The interior is a large studio space with all the amenities you could ask for. A stunning kitchen with pew seating, a cozy fireplace nook, and a tv and game area. One cozy corner houses a queen bed while a private back bedroom has a full bed. The full bathroom is decorated with a unique tile pattern that outlines the history of the chapel’s renovations.
Visually, Goin’ to the Chapel is a delight to the eyes. Elegant chandeliers amplify the high ceiling. Plush pink couches and a gold coffee table bring a pop of color to the black and white interiors. Stunning photography and artwork decorate the walls. A s’mores maker, a vintage record player, and eclectic dishware all add to this home’s unique characteristics. Goin’ to the Chapel is a romantic spot for the happy couple but works just as well for a small family getaway. Less than a mile from Lake Howard and Wright County Fairgrounds, the Chapel is a perfect landing spot for outdoor adventures.
