Kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor grill is able to have amazing pool days with the whole family.
Smart TV's, a large back porch for hanging out and playing games, plus a spacious backyard, fire pit and heated pool to enjoy a cocktail and unwind.
The Space:
The pool is heated at no charge to 83 degrees and can be increased for an additional charge. An inside laundry room adds to the convenience of this house. We do have an air-mattress available for you if you request to have more than 7 people.
Guest Access:
You will have complete access to the property with whatever group you reserved the house with. All guests attending must be on the reservation.
The Neighborhood:
A friendly walkable family oriented neighborhood. There is a local sports bar, convenience store, Starbucks, Dunkin, Texas Roadhouse, Walmart, Chinese restaurant and the Pinellas bike trail all walkable distance from the home.
Getting Around:
There is a double wide driveway to park off the street.
Other Things to Note:
The pool service and lawn service do not knock or call ahead so please make sure the pets are not left unattended.
