This is a beautiful, light-filled midcentury modern home that you will love staying in. It is 1.5 blocks to the beach and close walking distance to the downtown Village. Built in 1960 but modern and updated, it has classic vintage essence but feels clean, light, airy and filled with natural light. On one side you have a private garden with a fire pit and water fountain. And on the other side you have the Pacific Ocean, so you will feel surrounded by nature.
This 2 story home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open living room, dining area, full kitchen + kitchenette downstairs, private/quiet garden with BBQ, water fountain and fire pit, ocean view patio facing the sunset, and 2 car garage. It's spacious for 6 people and the perfect place to cozy up to the fireplace, watch the sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine, warm your feet outside with the fire pit, read a book quietly in the garden, or walk to the nearest beach to sunbath or surf.
