The yard is watered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by the neighbor. There is no sprinkler system, so come late July/August, the grass can be spotty or dry. You may see the neighbor boy walking around outside. He also mows once every other week in the summer and shovels as necessary in the winter. This home is in the mountain area. Insects, rodents, or mountainous animals will be seen.
