Summary: The villa is in a great location although you do need a car which we had already hired. The pool was kept very clean. On first glance at the villa it is clean and has all the necessary facilities. It does need some tlc and a repaint both inside and outside. Both bathrooms need a good deep clean as areas on tiles and around shower and bath need cleaning with something to get rid of limescale and mould build up. Drains need to be cleaned out as build up of water in shower. All floors need a deep clean. The outside gates need sorting as it was a struggle to open and close them. There are not enough utensils in the kitchen and the kitchen knives need to be sharpened or replaced. The microwave wasn’t working and was replaced with a used one where the paint inside was flaking off. The Ironing board needs replacing. Some tiles on one of the pillars on the outside area had come off and need to be stuck back on. The cleaners came for a mid stay clean but only did the basics. No wiping down of areas or dusting was done and they never touched the outside areas or furniture. Just expect a bit more for the cost of hiring the villa as there is lots of competition with villas for hire.
