Positive: - great location - comfy bed
Negative: - unfriendly staff, inconvenienced by my existence - parking is confusing, says no booking but you can’t get into the parking without a key card and there’s no where to put your car? - cheaper to find on street parking - room was grubby, dirty lampshade and curtains. - bathroom was old and mouldy needed a good scrub or refit - no milk in the room - no WiFi, if there was no code provided - room service apparently available but no menu in the room - no check in or checkout times provided, check out is 11am (via google) . In I don’t know. - bed clearly broken If you see another hotel for the same price go there this is the worst Mercure I’ve stayed in.
Summary: It’s fine if you don’t mind bad service for one night
