Summary: Staff was friendly and pleasant, quick to help out even with the language barrier. However the photos do not match the actual rooms, our room had stained futons, dirty walls, under the sink it lookes like mildew or mold waa growing. Water also leaked from under the sink when you flushed the toilet or took a shower. If your not used to traditional Japanese style room with futons be prepared for the futons to be very uncomfortable. It is somewhat tattoo friendly but you must cover them, they sell index cards sized patches for 200yen each. The buffet is not worth going, food cold and bland, evening night cap was ok plenty of liquor to choose from but would be nice to have actual snacks not just crackers. It was fairly cheap to stay and now I understand why.
