Fabulous Multi-Level Condo, located in south Lubbock that is perfect for sporting events, work trips, or short vacays. Sleeps 5 and has everything you need for a nice getaway. Both bedrooms have queen beds with a shared bathroom and the living room has a sofa bed that will sleep 1. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi is included as well. The entire has house been completely updated and you will love the modern design.

The 2 bedrooms contain queen beds. There are nightstands on each side with lamps for those that need some extra light or like to read before bed.

The living room features plenty of seating and a sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. A Roku enabled TV is in the living room for your convenience.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. There are pots and pans and basic spices. A drip coffee maker will get you going in the morning. Upgraded counter tops, cabinets, and appliances and lovely décor will make you want to take this kitchen home with you.

The apartment pool is also available to use during summer months to escape the Texas heat and enjoy some family time. Pool hours are from 10am to 9pm. Please adhere to all pool rules if you intend to swim.

Covered parking is available in the back and if needed the street parking is free.

We do NOT allow pets at this property. Please plan on leaving your furry friends at home. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 pet cleaning fee being assessed.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closet. Please do not have mail sent to the house. It is sent to a lockbox that we do not have the key for.

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. All communication will take place between them. Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We are always available by text or phone call. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Please use the Airbnb app call or text us for any communication. E-mail does not work, and we will not see your messages. This townhome is located off of 90th St and Memphis Drive. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby as well as a gym and other attractions. The Southside Loop is less than a mile away which will allow guests to easily get anywhere in the city. Texas Tech University is only a 10 minute drive away.

Lubbock is a large city in terms of land size so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get away with using either Uber or Lyft rideshare services.
