Nestled in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, you’ll be able to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life but remain close enough to the action for plenty of adventures! Do some front or back porch sitting, roast smores in the fire pit, play some golf on Willie's golf course (in your backyard!), or relax indoors. Don’t let the vintage feel fool you, this home is new and well-maintained! This multi-level home boasts tons of added amenities and extra details! Full of antiques, photos, and historical family treasures, this home is captivating, to say the least! We can’t forget to mention the vintage record player and records that will bring back memories for the whole family!
The primary bedroom, located downstairs has a King-sized bed, large vintage-inspired vanity, two dressers for storage, and a large walk-in closet! The 2nd bedroom (located upstairs) called “The Baseball Room” holds a Queen-sized bed, a small writing desk with a chair and closet space - and its own bathroom!! The 3rd bedroom “The History Room '' has a queen-size bed, two twin beds, and includes yet another full bathroom!! The 4th bedroom houses a queen bed and a twin bed with a twin-size trundle bed. This room, notably named “The Willie Nelson Room” provides a direct view of - you guessed it - Willie Nelson’s house!!! There's also a bonus room on the first floor that features even more toys (plus a play kitchen and play tool shop/workbench), a large TV (with FREE Netflix), TONS of seating, additional sleeping space, and an extra refrigerator! The onsite laundry area (located within the bonus room) is easy to use and we even supply a few laundry pods! We also supply plush 5-star quality white towels, black hand towels for make-up removal, extremely comfortable bedding, paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, trash bags, K-cups, ground coffee, coffee filters, creamer, and spices (we’ve thought of it all!)
You can also enjoy the great outdoors in the various shaded seating areas with enough for your whole group! Enjoy a glass of Texas-style sweet tea (or wine acquired during a tour of the many local nearby wineries) while sitting on the front porch swing or lounging on the back porch while enjoying the Texas fresh air. Main Rules:
- No parties allowed- Quiet neighborhood and you WILL be shut down, fined, and stay may be canceled with no refund
- No loud music, yelling or other noise that may disturb other neighbors
- No smoking and/or vaping inside or near entry points
- No Pets
- Remove all trash and wash dishes/ start dishwasher prior to check out
- You must clean any and all fireplaces, fire pits, grills, and the like after use. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee
- Adhere to local ordinances and burn bans
- Adhere to all hot tub rules
Hot Tub Usage Policies
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum as we have neighbors surrounding.
- Do not sit, lay, sunbathe, etc. on the hot tub cover.
- No glass in or around hot tub
- Do not shut off or unplug hot tub (unless it is an emergency)
- Shower before use
- Absolutely no candles are allowed on or in the hot tub.
- Absolutely no shoes are to be worn in the hot tub.
- Maximum safe water temperature should be established by a medical practitioner, not to exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
- The hot tub shall be covered and latched when not in use, especially if there are any children in the vicinity. Hot tub covers are easily damaged. Guest is to inspect the hot tub cover for any damage upon arrival and advise Manager of damage.
- Do not add anything to the water including foaming bubbles, chemicals, soaps, urine, bath oils, etc. If these items are used in the hot tubs, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
- Minors under the age of 18 shall not utilize the hot tub unsupervised. Unsupervised use by children is strictly prohibited. Never leave children unattended in the vicinity of the hot tub.
- Persons with skin, ear or other body infections should not enter the hot tub because of the possibility of spreading the infection.
- Alcoholic beverages or drugs should not be consumed while using the hot tub. BE AWARE that the use of alcoholic beverages or drugs before or during hot tub use may lead to unconsciousness with the possibility of drowning, heart attack, or injury due to passing out or falling.
- Water is an excellent conductor of electricity. Electrical shock or electrocution can occur in a hot tub if live electrical current (including current from a telephone) comes into contact with the water. Stay out during lightning or rainstorms because of the possibility of electrocution.
- Surrounding areas may be slippery and dangerous when wet.
Persons who have high blood pressure, skin sensitivities, or who might be pregnant are strongly urged not to use a hot tub. If in doubt, please consult with a physician prior to using the hot tub.
- Observe reasonable time limits to avoid nausea, dizziness and fainting. Should you experience any of these symptoms, carefully exit the hot tub immediately.
A Stay Above The Rest, LLC
SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between A Stay Above the Rest LLC (“ASATR”) and (“Guest”)* as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
Guest. The term “Guest” shall include Guests, Invitees, their successors, heirs, agents and assigns including any minors.
Property. The property is furnished and includes such items as: fridge/freezer, stove/oven/microwave, cooking utensils and equipment, bed sheets, bath towels, beach towels where necessary, essential cooking spices, baking and cooking supplies. [this is not a comprehensive list.]
Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and not exceed the maximum number of occupancy allowed.
