Furnished to the highest standard with traditional custom made Italian furniture, the residence spreads across two floors, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, private swimming pool, parking place and, as such can very comfortably accommodate 8 adults and children. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom.
Dining area with a dining table and chairs is placed in front of the kitchen. From the dining area you access a lovely living room and outside area where swimming pool is waiting for a refreshing swim. Large sofas in living room will make you lounge around. For your entertainment you will find a music sound system with a record player and large flat-screen TV. On this level you will find as well an extra toilette, laundry room with washing machine and a storage room.
