Positive: Good value for money. Apartment has everything you need and the area around - also. Pool area is surrounded by greenery which gives you tropical jungle feeling even though you are basically in urban area. Good infrastructure. I liked that they have secured roofed parking on the area.
Negative: It could be cleaned a bit better. Light swiches were very dirty and also some stains on the bedsheets.
Summary: Good value, nice place to stay near to spectacular flamingo beach
