In Drôme Provençale, Sauzet, in a charming village located 10 minutes from Montélimar, discover this beautiful farmhouse dating from the 19th century for rent during our holidays. Habitable surface of 150m ² on a raised and flat ground of 2800 m ².
Very nice amenities, large living room (40 m², wifi), fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, espresso ...), 4 large bedrooms from 12 to 20 m² (1 bed 160x200) , 1 bed 140x190, 2 beds 90x190), 2 bathrooms (washing machine), 2 toilets independent, a playroom with table football and darts. Large south facing terrace (linden shade for meals).
Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning start / end of stay possible for 50 € (performed by a professional cleaning lady).
Available from July 13 to August 3, for whole weeks.
Swimming pool 7 x 4 m very recent, private, with balneo bench, swimming against the current and equipment (deckchairs, volleyball game).
The house is in the village of Sauzet (400 m from the center), where you will find convenience stores (Proxy supermarket, 2 bakeries, tobacco, butcher, post office, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center, hairdresser ...).
Nearby you will find the villages of Marsanne, La Laupie, Mirmande, Grignan, Le Poet Laval, Puygiron, Rochemaure ... jewels of the Drome Provencale hills, famous castles and classified "most beautiful villages of France" for some. Montélimar nearby also with its nougats, its castle, its museums and all shops. Also close to the Ardèche and its gorges (kayaking, splendid views), the cave bridge arc (chauvet cave) and many caves Ardèche.
