*Noise should always be kept respectful, ESPECIALLY between the local noise / quiet time ordinance, between 10pm and 8am. If noise can be heard from the property line it's a violation of the local law.
*Do not use the deck between the local ordinance's quiet period of 10pm-8am, noise travels.

*Parking can be tight, with a narrower entry. We can fit 4 vehicles between 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. Typically 2 trucks and 2 mid sized vehicles fit well. Here are the parking space measurements:
1. Left side driveway/deck: 37’ length
2. Right side driveway/deck: 16’ length
3. Left side garage: 19’ length x 6’10” height
4. Right side garage: 16’5” length x 6’10” height

This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES. Guests agree to comply with Placer County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in penalties.
