Truly, words are not adequate to describe this home. From the sweeping marsh views, expansive living area, pool deck, and private dock, this home has it all. Located on the coveted East end of Folly Beach, the home sits on a small saltwater tributary of the Folly River. With the beach and access being directly across the street, guests are given the opportunity to experience both beautiful landscapes Folly is known for. Crab or fish from the dock while taking in the sunset with your favorite cocktail or snuggle up to the exterior wood burning fireplace on the deck; you decide! Not feeling the beach? No worries, the home's elevated pool offers marsh views and expansive pool deck for lounging. Important note, the pool is not heated.
Entering the home, you're greeted with an open floor plan. The generous size living area is equipped with surround sound for family movie night. Directly off the living area is a large screened in porch perfect for relaxing. The spacious kitchen has a gas range, breakfast bar, ice machine, wine cooler, and plenty of pantry space. It even offers Morris Island Lighthouse views. The first floor also offers one bedroom with two queen beds, access to a porch, and spacious bathroom.
Continuing upstairs, the large foyer provides extra space for anyone looking to stretch out after a day at the beach. A full bath and wet bar sits in this space as well for extra beverages. No more bickering over rooms as each one upstairs greets you with either marsh or ocean views. The master bedroom is a panoramic view of everything river and marsh. From the master bedroom, step out onto the large balcony and enjoy your morning cup of coffee while you plan your attack on the day. The master also features a gas fireplace, large walk in closest, and arguably the most luxurious bathroom on the island. Look no further and reserve….this home has it all.
