Summary: Window in living room would not close so fumes from fire place was pulled into room. Cold draft from window and furnace kept running. Bedroom was hot and uncomfortable and living room cold. They offered maintenance but they would need to replace window. Tried closing window but lock was broken so could only close partially. Stuffed a towel to block draft and closed shade. So no sleep for two nights due to temp and constant noise from furnace. Would have been nice to use fireplace but fumes was a concern. Really like a refund for my stay. Even check in was partial service- failed to give parking pass and tag for garage. And it was not busy - just poor customer service by staff.
