The two-bedroom villas at Marriott's Ocean Pointe are designed for ultimate comfort and convenience, ideal for larger families or groups. **While this is an oceanfront resort, not all villas will have ocean views. Villa view categories are offered based on availability. Rates and views may vary. Please message us with any specific questions/requests regarding view prior to confirming a booking.
**Marriott will assign all villas at checkin within the designated view category. The floor placement cannot be guaranteed. Most lower floor units will have obstructed views.

**Various ongoing resort projects and enhancements will be ongoing thought out the year.
**The adjacent residence property to the North of Marriott’s Ocean Pointe resort remains under construction and is an active construction site.
**Marriott’s Ocean Pointe will be undergoing a building and interior villa renovationfromSep. 1, 2024, to Dec. 31, 2024.Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay. All resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
