Positive: Very nice park area and private small beach. It was also right next to a public park with even more beach available

Negative: Breakfast was kinda hit and miss. Just.. not so tasty somehow. If you sit outside you'll likely get stung by mosquitoes. Flies around the breakfast area outside.
