Beautiful mansion, located in a working wine estate, with direct access to the famous Canal du Midi.
Between the villages of Capestang and Argeliers, this house has private garden of more than 1 hectare and a large private swimming pool. The Canal du Midi (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site) is 400 m away and offers its banks to walkers which will be delighted to hike along the shaded towpaths. Many marinas, such as those of Capestang, Somail, Sallèles d'Aude and Homps punctuate its course and allow entertaining stopovers with boat rentals, bicycles, restaurants...
