The house is 600m2 with 3,000m of mature garden and a private swimming pool with lounge and bbq area, perfect for alfresco dinning, entertaining.
House has many secluded areas to chill and simply be.
Spread over 3 floors with windows and glass doors on all levels offering views of the sea and surrounding hills.
Entrance to the house is through the hallway onto the first floor which opens onto a huge living room and open plan fully equipped kitchen, there are two outside large veranda with sunset facing views of the sea with ample dinning and lounge area.
Top floor has three generously sized bedrooms all with en suite and fitted wardrobe space, two of the bedrooms have their own veranda with see views and seating.
Ground floor also has a large living room with kitchenette and shower room, the forth bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite is also on this level.
Bedrooms are equipped with a/c’s.
Free Wifi, Satellite TV, Netflix, play station 4, high chair, baby cots etc. We also provide bathroom essentials.
The garden is well established with local trees and flowers indigenous to the region, giving a beautifully coloured natural relaxing feel to the whole garden.
Huge Infinity pool offers views of Yalikavak, which boast the newly built, award winning Yalikavak Palmarina. Filled with trendy bars and restaurants it is a place to see and be seen in the balmy summer nights. Further along are unspoilt traditional fish restaurants that are full of character in build and manage.
