Located on the edge of the village of Mézin in the Lot & Garonne, La Tour d’Armène is a newly refurbished house build shortly after the French Revolution. While enjoying a touch of nature and full privacy of the garden, you are also minutes away from the village’s baker, butcher and fresh seasonal farm produce in the market.
The new improvements include: extended Cathedral ceiling in the 64 m2 living room, under-floor heating, quality sound-proof windows and doors, wood burning fireplaces, heated swimming pool secured by an anti-fall roller shutter and alarm, revamped plumbing and electrical systems, all new furnishing & accessories, wifi & power outlets by the pool.
Our goal is to enhance the unique character of the house with plenty of creature comfort and convenience.

Located at the entrance of a quiet village typical of the south-west, on the border of Gers and Lot et Garonne, you can explore Mézin on foot. There are many medieval town & villages (such as Nérac, Fourcès, Poudenas, Condom, etc…), churches, museums, forts and châteaux, vineyards and farms, concerts or morning markets -- all within 5 to 30 minutes drive. In summer, there’re also evening markets with music and local delicacies and wine.
Cycling is also a good way to explore the region, on the quiet country roads among rolling hills of sunflower fields in Lot-et-Garonne and Gers, or the forest in Landes.
