Positive: Beautiful, fully updated, modern, and super clean condo. It has a very upscale, luxurious feel with many smart home features, which could be frustrating if you're not up on technology. Loved the fire pit overlooking the canal. When staff was notified that the dryer didn't work, they came and got our clothes and dried them for us! Check-in and check out were super easy with no face-to- face interaction necessary. There were extras of everything supplied (trash bags, toilet paper, etc.).
Negative: No pool, dryer didn't work, no dishwasher, pills from previous guests were found on the floor, and little further drive to the beach than expected. I would also recommend getting a wine opener and possibly a pizza pan to add to the kitchen staples.
Summary: Great condo with a view, but be cognizant of a couple of things...
