Positive: The unit was well stocked and tastefully decorated in a mountain theme. Felt almost like a "home away from home". We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. A power outage for several hours caused the internet to be down for over 24 hours. Rental agency provided us a hot spot and did what they could to help us - much appreciated! Other than my comments about the "didn't like" all else was good.
Negative: Check in - arrived after hours - had to go to the rental office to pick up keys in a coded lock box...that didn't work. Fortunately, someone was still in the office who could help me - but still took around 20 minutes. Rental included use of the garage - but the opener didn't work. I contacted the rental agency about it, that wasn't resolved, so we had to park outside during our 5-day rental. That wasn't a problem because the weather was nice though and we could park almost right in front of the unit. A stack of "spare sheets" clearly hadn't been washed, but the unit included a washer and dryer so we washed them - minor stuff.
