Negative: The cleaning lady should be fired. The house had food on the rug, along with a screw and lego toy pieces. The kitchen counters and glass dining table looked as if someone wiped it down with a dirty towel. The shower was full of hair along with the bathroom floor. When we called Vacasa and complained the sent someone over the next day at 130 in the afternoon. We had already cleaned the house.
