The upstairs colonial style master suite has 7ft four-poster bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom, a 32″ HD Smart TV. Upstairs there are also a Queen suite with en-suite bathroom, a 32″ HD Smart TV & DVD,

and 1 Jungle themed twin single room with a 32″ HD Smart TV & DVD. The downstairs Queen suite has en-suite bathroom, and a 32″ HD Smart TV & DVD. Downstairs there are a large family room with 62″ flat screen HD Smart TV, DVD home cinema, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast table that can seat six and a dining area. A fully carpeted and air-conditioned game room that has been furnished with a full-size pool table, foosball table, darts, a bar and a 32″ HD Smart TV. Upstairs is a family room/loft with 32″ HD Smart TV, DVD, Sony PlayStation & electric piano, and casual seating for 10. There is also a desk with free WiFi for those who need to keep in touch. The South facing pool and spa gets the sun all day has a huge private fenced yard. The pool area also has a cabana so when nature calls there is no need to be going through the house. At night the pool comes to life with a color changing fiber optic light display.
