Welcome to our newly built home, nestled in a safe and gated community, blocks away from major Hwy 1604, minutes from Hwy 410,8 miles away from Lackland AFB, 9 miles away from Sea world, 19 miles away from San Antonio, Airport.
Our home is spaciously stocked, with all of your basic needs, to include all kitchen appliances, amenities and essentials. The Master bedroom houses a queen size remote-controlled electric platform bed, a 55-inch, HD Smart Samsung TV with remote, and an awesome remote controlled celling fan. The Bedroom window allows natural light in beautifully; however, you can choose to sleep in late with room darkening curtains. This master bedroom has its own private bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet, the coolest Bluetooth lighting system, and is stocked with all of your basic toiletries, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, etc.
For your peace of mind, our personal belongings are not kept in the house. During your stay you will have access to all and everything in all the shared areas and the back yard. "Free reign of all shared areas". We do not dispose of unopened foods, perishables, etc that are left behind, as we pay it forward. Feel free to help yourself, make yourself at home.
We are always available via phone or text 7 days a week from 9am-10pm, 24/7 for emergencies.
Magnolia Village is a brand-new home in a brand new and gated subdivision minutes away from HWY W. 1604. "Home to many our Vets and active Military." The traffic in the neighborhood is minimal and paced due to the gated entrance. The neighborhood is humble, safe and family oriented. There is a kiddie park a block away. A walking path is in the works and two pavilions are readily available.
