Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: It’s a good size home in a good location.
Negative: It has a very small, uncomfortable, very old shower upstairs that is shared between 3 bedrooms. It needs deep cleaning. Floors are sticky and dirty. The cabinet under the kitchen sink has a fowl odor. We found several dead roaches in the living room, family room and kitchen. The property is shared with a tenant living in a converted garage. He is very intrusive, as he’s constantly hanging around the house doing things like pressure washing the exterior of the home or using a weed whacker along the house by the windows while we were trying to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning. He comes over if you’re sitting on the front porch and constantly interrupts. My daughters felt uneasy with his constant lurking.
Summary: While the house is large enough for larger groups, in our case, 7 people. It was not very comfortable.
