We are located in the Marriott Resort on Hutchinson Island. This is a wonderful 3rd floor 1 bed-1 bath condo with a full kitchen and everything provided for a relaxing beach vacation. The balcony faces east and has an amazing view of the Ocean and our private beach (the beach is only for residents of Indian River Plantation and our building and the building next door)
We are members of the Marriott Ocean Club which we extend to our guests to access the Marriott resort amenities. Our guests can purchase a pass from the Marriott Golf Pro Shop for $150 one time fee-covers entire stay and up to 4 guests staying in the condo. Guests can access 3 resort pools-our building also has a pool for residents and guests- private golf course with discounted fees and priority reserved tee times, tennis, pickle ball, 24/7 fitness center, tiki bar by the beach, reduced fees beach set up -we also provide beach chairs and umbrella for our private beach- and resort shuttle.
We are located close to a Publix grocery store and many restaurants and water sports in the area. The cute town of Stuart is right over the bridges from the island and offer shopping and restaurants.
Guests can spend the time relaxing on the beach or take a kayaking tour, boat tour, water ski, boat rental as well as take advantage of the many activities on the island.
