Large apartment with five bedrooms, two en suite, three of them overlooking the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas and Christ the Redeemer, and two with balcony. Living room with about 70 m2, with exit to a beautiful balcony with tropical flowers and wonderful views over the lagoon, with the Christ Redeemer right, and the hill Gavea the background. The dining room also with balcony has a table with seating for 10 people. The apartment has five toilets and the kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area, service area and laundry. The house has capacity for 12 people (three bedrooms have double beds, one has four beds and the other has two beds), and is just five minutes walk from Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas where there is a bike path and can take long walks to foot. It is also just 15 minutes drive from Copacabana and Ipanema, the most famous beaches of Rio de Janeiro. Within walking distance is still at the beautiful Botanical Gardens, a theater and the hippodrome.
