Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Friendly and efficient staff that took care of our needs. Phenomenal buffet services four times a day! Fabulous Thermal water temperature in each pool and at the shower in the unit! Water aerobics offered at 5:00 pm for adults & Bingo @ 9:00 pm. Recreation services available for children 3-6 & 7-12 years old.

Negative: Check in procedures need to be improved: more employees to take care of influx of new guests at 4:00 pm. Could install a “take a number” machine, so it would be first come, first served. Few people who came after us were assigned a room first.
