Positive: The apartment is located very close to the beach, the furniture is new, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Very nice terrace with partial sea view, some of the view is blocked by the buildings in front, but nevertheless, nice view.

Negative: The description is misleading, it is advertised as a guest house/hotel when in fact you find yourself having a bedroom in an apartment, which you share with 4 other people who are staying in the other 2 bedrooms. It is basically a 3 bedroom apartment which should be rented to a family/group, or at least presented as such. Instead, the owners rent it for triple the price, as they rent each room individually. The experience is not one similar to a hotel, but more to a hostel, as you share the common space (kitchen/living) with complete strangers, without even signing up for this. The worst part is the fact that they say each unit has AC, which is completely false. There is a centralised AC for the entire apartment which means you only have a ventilation hole in the wall in your room and no way to adjust or stop the AC. As we went in September, the nights were cool and there was no need for AC, nevertheless, we were forced to sleep with AC on which I can't tolerate as I am sensitive to the cold air and I find this totally unhealthy. We discussed with the owner and they did not want to turn it off, not even at night, they said they turned it down, but the first nights were awful and I woke up with a sore throat. Finally, they turned it off, after all the discussions, but this situation ruined all my comfort for the first 3 days of my vacation. Cleaning, towel changes and toilet paper replenishments were only done once, in the middle of our stay. This was not mentioned anywhere in the description and not really acceptable for a 7 nights stay.

Summary: Not what is advertised, dishonest owners who do not present the real conditions, all for profit
