Summary: We asked for a room without stairs as I was traveling with my 83 year old mother. The room we were first given had 3-4 stairs down to the room with no handrail on the wall. We moved to a handicapped accessible room which was amazing! Unfortunately we had a nightly leak from either the dishwasher or the water tank and had to put towels down on the floor. My mother almost slipped on the floor our first night as we were not made aware of the leak! We had a ground floor balcony which was lovely. The staff were great and there were many lovely restaurants and nice shopping in the area. All in all it was a great stay and I would strongly recommend this property to fellow travellers.
